& Bitang (love story) saga, revealed by...RGF leader?....
Sunday evening, the ProTv station (their parent
company is the one which have owned until recently the ProSport
newspaper, later sold to Swiss, tabloid-oriented Ringier)
have announced the Monday story from Prosport:
Mr.Vieru, President of RGF, speaking (freely...) about "the
13 subject"-as insiders have named it. The long undisclosed
love affair between Belu and Mrs. Bitang, his assistant and
choreograph of the Olympic Team. Belu kept his divorce undisclosed
for a long time, Mrs.Bitang divorce being more recent. A tabloid
weekly wrote, two years ago, about B&B visiting their
(common, as Mr.Vieru said) villa, in a mountain VIP's -favorite
village.
Gymnastics fans, which have considered Pro Sport being a "more
serious"one, (but many others considering just a lack
of good journalism or sources) will be surprised too see tomorrow
such a story, more like "Gazeta"-style (but more
interesting for many, anyway).
According to the ProTv news, Mr.Vieru told to ProSport journalists
that "It's time for them (B&B) to publicly admit
their love and we have to admit that Belu stayed in Romania
and didn't take other offers, mainly because he was in love
with Mrs.Bitang". We don't feel that way, simply because
any Club around the world will be happy to have them...both.
Is just Belu know better the secrets of the recipe for (his
& team) success: the genetic heritage of the girls (revealed
in a secret, western Medical Study obtained by romanain-gymnastics.com);
their strong motivation and his total commitment to his job,
which is not any more a job, it's like a daily "dose"for
him (including the success).He can't have all these conditions
anywhere else (including the maximum tolerance, up to the
break of law,at least until now- from past neo communist authorities
in cases like Marinescu or Petrovschi).
During the "seminude" Japan photos scandal, few
years ago, when the gesture of few girls, former Olympic champions
, to pose almost nude for Japanese newspapers was under heavy
criticism, Corina Ungureanu (one of the gymnasts involved
in that scandal) have had a short (but very deep oriented)
reply: "Mr. Belu and Mrs.Bitang should not speak to me
about morality"(back then, Belu was still married and
supposed to have for years his "Camilla Parker-alike"relationship.
Romania was rated last December, by an International Study Research,
as having one the most traditions and religious-oriented population,
more than 80% of the population respecting old tradition,
including family ones. Easy to understand why Belu have tried
to keep his personal affairs put of press for so long. Hard
to understand how come such a story came right from a (long
proved) "friendly" newspaper (Prosport).Their with
a editor-in-chief was the one who benefit from B&B hospitality
last summer, as their guest at the Gold Team 5-stars holiday
at Black Sea (instead of a former team member which wasn't
invited any more; son of Mrs. Bitang was present, too).
We can ask ourselves: is this just a knife in the back from
both a colleague (Mr.Vieru from RGF) and a friendly newspaper
(Prosport), or just a "under control leak"-directed,
or at least approved by B himself? If not, I'm sure we shall
hear soon in the press about Mr.Vieru
mistress, too.Despite his age, some says he is not showing
his age...
But Vieru must not count too much on Belu's love, better RGF
will have a good financial offer for the new contract, if
they want to have B&B for next Olympics.If not, they can
(still) share their love...somewhere else, with top $, paid
to them, too.
